The environment preservation and protectors safety.

The central theme is the issues that humankind are facing, the preservation of our
environment and the rights of the protectors and their safety.
The human right to a satisfactory, good environment, when the population of the world
wasn’t so many that it didn’t cause poverty, pollution, and climate change and many
more. Why are laws about environmental protection and environmental preservation? It is
our responsibility to not do anything that can harm or destruct any of our natural
resources and every citizen must have to help preserve the environment, somehow some
citizens had already forgotten , turning our habitat to a war place, doing anything they
want without realizing that they are slowly destroying it. No man has the right to destroy
this place, a place where history happened and that has been passed down by generations.
Once ruined or cannot be fixed humankind can be extinct as for it is our fault why we
have a change or a percentage that the human race can extinct.

Environmental law is to protect nature and that we humans are part of the natural system,
we destroy it and fix it. That is why environment preservation started. This is supposed to
be a movement that protects and preserve the environment and also protects our right to
be able to live a healthy life. One of the purposes of these environmental preservation and
environmental laws are to minimize or lessen humans that threaten or can cause more
destruction that can make the issue more harmful and accelerate the destruction of our
nature. There are also laws that help keep our habitat clean and healthy for all living
organisms on earth. Humans are one of the causes of a detrimental environment. The
main goal for all the environmentalist is to restore the balance that we humans ruined
because of our activities that harms our habitat such as polluting parts of water,
destroying habitats, getting rid of trees that provides animals in the wild a shelter but we
cut the trees for our daily needs therefore leaving all the habitants in the area vulnerable
and an easy prey to hunters and the rising population of each country that strikes poverty
upwards. Factories that dumps their waste to rivers, creating poisonous gas and chemicals
are also a hazard to our environment all though it serves us and gives us the satisfactory,
we are also paying the price for creating it. An article about the climate change and how
it is affecting everything. There are places that aren’t supposed to be snowing, and some
places that supposed to be snowing that aren’t snowing anymore, seasons that are
supposed to be sunny and bright turns into having a storm, rainy seasons that turned into
sunny and bright, every season were affected.
As someone who helps protects the biodiversity I argue that people should all see how we
ruined our habitat by our doings and help fix and restore. Not letting the ozone layer get
bigger till we cannot fix it anymore, one person can make a difference making your voice
heard by the people or influencing them to be like you are a one step forward in restoring
the biodiversity to become what if was before. Article 3 of the universal declaration of
human rights reveals that “everyone has the right to life and liberty”, every citizen has
the right to live independently and the power to do as one pleases. Article 51A(g) in The
Constitution Of India 1949 is to improve all the natural environment with all habitants
living and to have a compassion for all living beings whether it is an animal or human has
a right to live with us and we are responsible for their safety and well being as we are
responsible to take care of our own biodiversity. If you’re asking if it is enforceable, yes
it is enforceable, it was enforced by the supreme court as it is an essential element for
every welfare of any society that involves healthy environment. We are one, for every
mistake that we do can change a course of our life. It is always our responsibility being a
human with a mind knowing what is right and wrong, yet we still do things that makes a
huge impact in our biodiversity.

In conclusion, there is environmental preservation to protect the natural resources of

materials and fix our world that we have also destroyed and so that it can be used for a
longer period of time and to discover more parts of the world, if we continue to destroy it
we will never know or will never be discovered and the things hidden in our lands that
can help us know what happened in our history and now we will not be able to discover
anymore. the hidden diamonds and gold in our lands and the living organisms that have
not yet been discovered will be lost already available aging medicine for diseases without
medicine. one is also to protect our right to live in nature that is clean and be able to live
a healthy life without having any unnatural sickness.
