It is my pleasure to recommend Randy Spencer for a teaching position in your district. I am

an instructor/supervisor at Kennesaw State University. I first met Randy when I was his
supervisor in HPE 3650: Health Education Practicum and later as his supervisor for F{PE
465014660: Yearlong Clinical Experience in Health and Physical Education. Randy
distinguished himself through his engagement, work ethic and leadership.

Overall, Randy is a highly motivated teacher-candidate with a foundation of passion for

health and physical education rooted through student's well-being. As the old phrase goes,
"Don't judge a book by its cover," this is especially true regarding Randy. At first you notice
Randy is larger than others but once you see him teach you realize the context. Randy's
passion for his students, creativity, enthusiasm and love for teaching cannot fit in the
gymnasium.

Randy carries himself in a confident manner making the students his central focus. He creates
a positive rapport in the classroom and makes his lessons appropriate for all types of learners.
His leadership style is based in good judgment, knowing when to step up and when to
observe. Randy serves as class president of the HPE club and presented at the Share the
Wealth conference. He also is able to learn from different perspectives and experiences while
mentoring his peers. Randy has been a repeat performer on KSU's Dean's List and able to
meet his responsibilities of daily life.

At a personal level, Randy is well-liked, compassionate, and fun all while being a good
listener. He is mature and understands responsibility and accountability in all aspects.
Randy excels at receiving feedback and seeking opportunities to betfer his teaching allowing
him to reach his potential.

Randy is unquestionably an exceptional candidate for a teacher position in your district. I

highly recommend Randy Spencer, as he would be an extremely positive asset to your school
district.
