SIMPLE FUTURE - Will - Going To
The Simple Future is a verbal time used to express future actions that didn’t happen yet. The
Simple Future Tense can indicate a decision that is being done during the sentence. When the
future actions are being used in a sentence, it is common to use modal verbs such as will,
shall and the structure going to.
Usually, we use will to indicate a future idea that expresses doubt, or is yet to be decided
during the sentence.
The formula to create a sentence with will is:
“Subject + will + not + main verb in infinitive without to + complement” (Negative Form)
Examples:
We use the future with going to to indicate a future action that is already planned, and is
confirmed to happen.
