I am a grade 12 student at R.E. Mountain Secondary School and I have worked with young kids in
multiple experiences through volunteer positions in my life. Coaching young children from the ages of 7-
16 is something I have done many times, succeeding immensely while aiding their development. I also
have grown up being the youngest of 4 daughters, with one of my older sisters having a learning
disability. Having this experience impact my life so much has allowed me to work alongside my sister in
learning how to educate young kids, or people with young minds. Through this, I have been able to
develop a significant amount of patience and perseverance, as well as learning how to work with multiple
different types of personalities. I am outgoing, responsible, mature, lively, and have loved being around
young kids my whole life. Through my many experiences, development of soft skills, and work centered
around young children, I have been able to develop into someone who feels confident in taking on this
challenge.

Looking at your company, I see that you need someone who is willing and ready to assist, supervise, and
help coordinate children in many aspects. I understand you need someone selfless, and someone with a
constant need to solve problems. I can fill these qualities with ease and will be ready to do a significant
amount more. I have also seen on your website that you need someone who can deal with parents in a
calm and collective manner, which I can demonstrate through my excellent skills having been in customer
service for many months prior. Through these needs I would like to express my desire to have an
interview with you if you feel confident that I would fit this position and your needs well.
