THE KKDK Programs aims to:

1. Facilitate the early release of PDL who availed Plea Bargaining

2. Educate the PDL and their respective families on the effects of illegal drug use in the various aspects
of personal and family life of personal and family life;

3. Inculcate positive attitudes and healthy lifestyle of the PDL and their respective families.

4. Teach positive coping skills to the PDL.

5. Enhance the problem solving and decision-making skills of PDL; and

6. Model effective communication skills among the PDL and their respective family members.

Memorandum of understanding on the implementation of the enhance Partnership Against Hunger and
Poverty (EPAHP) Convergence Program. Objective of the EPAHP program to ensued food and nutrition
security and as part of the Jail Bureaus Livelihood programs for PDL.
