illustrate the school’s commitment to improvement and build momentum for future change. The IIT has also provided below its guidance on
benchmarks the principal should look for to see if the Quick Win is achieving its anticipated outcome. The IIT will provide its full feedback for the
school in the report that is developed following the visit.

1) Quick Win:
By January 21, 2019, at the weekly grade level teaching team meetings, teachers will accomplish the following protocols.

Anticipated Benchmarks:
● By January 18, 2019, grade level teams must identify multiple pieces of student data to be used for analysis. Examples of data may
include but are not limited to exit tickets, writing samples, or benchmark assessments.

● By January 18, 2019, grade level teams must identify an agreed-upon data analysis protocol and inform the principal.

● During grade level team meetings, after analyzing the data, teachers should identify the problem of practice and determine the
implementation of next instructional steps to be taught prior to the next meeting.

● Peer inter-visitations should be conducted once per month.

● For each grade level team meeting, school leaders must observe and support the process of implementation. Examples of monitoring
may include but are not limited to attending grade level team meetings, reviewing agendas, or providing feedback to teachers.
