1. Price above is NET.

2. Indent time is 3 months since Indotara receive Down Payment 50% completely (for not ready stock item).
3. Additional charge to buyer for installation support.
4. For unloading equipment rent (if necessary) on site beared to Buyer.
5. Electrical & Mechanical Installation will be started after item and site ready 100%.
6. Installation not including material installation needed.
7. Expenses for the Test and Commissioning beared to Buyer.
8. Electricity consumption for the field work is borne by the Buyer.
9. Term of Payment : Full payment before delivery, COD payment not allowed.
10. Down Payment is not refundable if customer cancel the order.
11. Stock can be change without prior notification.
12. Specification are subject to change without prior notification, due to improvement and manufacturer's regulation.
13. The transaction payment based on cashless, we do not accept any of hard cash (banknotes) payment.
14. Standard battery is Amaron Brand, in case insufficient of stock will replaced with equivalent brand battery ( Solid or Rocket )

5. Component with certain lifetime, example : Air filter, Oil filter, etc
6. Extreme Operating environments
7. Negligence in periodic maintenance
8. Failure of installation or supporting construction
9. Natural Disaster, Lightning, etc
4. Spareparts Guaranteed by PT. Indotara Persada from Availability Nor Authenticity.
5. Warranty applies for Jabodetabek region. Exclude Jabodetabek region will get extra charge.
6. Guarantee Applies On Day And Work Hours PT. Indotara Persada.
7. Each claim must enclose Warranty Card.
