LETTER OF PROTEST

Dear Sirs,
In pursuance of an order given to us, our inspectors attended to M/V INGE B at SAFI Port on 26.04.2021
with our, purpose to inspect the cargo before and during discharging.

CIS KARKONT, on behalf of our principals protests the following matters;

We observed a hole at ballast tank, which is DB 1S, and leakage from this ballast tank. Some of cargo,
which mentioned at B/L as “Kaolin 31 Noodled China Clay in Bulk” and existed AT STARBOARD SIDE AND
FORWARD PART OF HOLD NO: 2, was observed as gotten wet due to the leakage from the ballast tank,
BEFORE DISCHARGING OF THESE CARGOES.

If any additional damage observed on any goods during discharging operation, until completion of
discharging and after goods delivered to consignee, to be applicable in this letter of protest.
This protest letter to reserve the right of our customer without time limitation after goods discharged from
the ship.

Accordingly, on behalf of our principals, you’ll be held responsible in case of any problems or claims which
may occur in future from any of the above reasons. We reserve the right of our client and release us of any
responsibility that may arise from the above-mentioned facts.
