with the non-transfer of ownership feature, the life
cycle/durability of the components of SHS package could be
improved. Third, the ability to add or remove features could
counter the unattractive feature of problem of SHS. However,
for better understanding and further improvements, future
research needs to validate the proposed PSS business model
for SHS by applying this model in real market environment.
