For the execution of this assignment, we shall use the following suggested methods described per component:

Sunmaker has Mobile Clinic Units, well stocked with necessary medical supplies for
Medical Fitness Checkups, COVID Tests, General Illness treatment, Emergency
Response, etc. These generator-powered Units can be transported to any place in Uganda

(Urban and Remote), including the Tilenga Area. In addition, Sunmaker has competent
International and National Medical staff who offer quality medical services. We shall
deploy these units and staff for the assignment.
Sunmaker owns a fleet of vehicles including Saloon cars, Heavy Goods Vehicles, etc. We
use a secure fleet management system using GPS trackers within the cars to manage the
network of the vehicles. We also have security personnel onboard the vehicles when

needed to ensure safety of the passengers and cargo. We shall deploy these to offer
National transportation services. Our teams also assist delegates to apply for and secure
driving permits.
Sunmaker has a reliable international travel agency with a strong network of charter flight
management companies all over the world in countries such as China, France, etc. We can
2b Administrative Services (International transportation) arrange all bookings for all kinds of international travel. Our logistics team has the
experience to handle all online bookings and secure travel within other countries including
international driving permit processing.
Please refer to Methodology proposed for Component 1 above. In addition, we have an
established Medical Facility within the Sunmaker Complex in Bulogobi, Kampala

Uganda. We also have ambulance services ready to respond to any emergencies. All these
facilities will be dedicated to the provision of medical services for the trainees.
Our Human Resource team works with the Ministry of Education to acquire Approved
Education Letter, i.e., recommendation for permits). We then work with our stationed staff
at the Ministry of Internal Affairs to process work Permits within 2 Weeks. We shall use

the same channels to process work permits for this project. We shall dedicate a field team
which will work with the client’s staff to obtain the necessary documentation from letters
to clearances to ensure timely work permit approval.
2e Administrative Services (Business Visa Processing) Our team at the Ministry of Internal affairs will manage the Business Visa Process for the
client. The field team will work with the Client’s staff to obtain the necessary
documentation such as letters and clearances to ensure timely Business Visa approval. The
team works with all Embassies within Uganda and outside Uganda to ensure a smooth visa
process. We have sister teams in China, USA, France, UAE, etc. These teams will work
hand in hand with the team in Uganda to ensure a smooth flow of activities.
Sunmaker has dedicated courier teams in China which can purchase, and supply IT related
equipment cheaply compared to the market price in Uganda. The teams oversee the
purchase, shipping, and clearance of the items within the Country. We also have a team of

technicians who have expertise in the installation and maintenance of all IT Equipment.
The team is mobile in operation. They can be deployed to sites located anywhere in
Uganda or abroad.
At Sunmaker, we use SAGE HR to manage attendance and performance Follow-ups. t
allows users to manage the entire employee lifecycle. Primary features include employee
record management, payroll processing and management, recruiting, onboarding, time and
attendance management, talent management, risk mitigation and compliance management.
Other modules include workforce management, learning management, decision support

and employee benefits management. The Core HR module allows users to access
employee information, recruit, and onboard new employees, manage employee benefits,
communicate with health insurance carriers, and track employee trainings. We shall use
SAGE HR to manage the attendance and Performable follow-up of the trainees with an
interface customized for the project.
Payment of Monthly Stipend, Allowances, related For this, we shall still use SAGE HR to manage the payroll of monthly stipend of trainees,
3 Charges, Insurance – Direct and Indirect Costs together allowances, Insurance, charges, NSSF, PAYE, etc. We shall use a customized interface
with taxes and duties connected therewith. befitting the needs of the project. See details in component 2g above.
