1. In reference to Memorandum from the Office of the Director of the Bureau of

Learner Support Services – Youth Formation Division (BLSS-YFD) dated November
16, 2021, the BLSS-YFD shall be conducting monitoring on the implementation of
Supreme Pupil Government (SPG)/Supreme Student Government (SSG), Youth for
Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O), and Barkada Kontra Droga (BKD).

hold an election of Municipal Federated Set of Officers for School Year 2021-2022
for the following positions: (a) President, (b) Vice-President, (c) Secretary, (d)
Treasurer, (e) Auditor, (f) PIO and (g) Protocol Officer on or before December 11,
2021 for the following programs:
a) YES–O Elementary and Secondary;

b) Gulayan sa Paaralan Program (GPP) Elementary and Secondary;

c) BKD for Secondary only; and

2. This election aims to convene the school Student Officers and Teacher-
Advisers in their respective municipality to be acquainted and to foster harmonious
relationship with each other as well as to form a municipal federated officers as
partners in fast tracking information dissemination and smooth sailing conduct of
activities.

3. Submission of the list of municipal federated officers shall be on or before
December 11, 2021. Virtual Division Federated election is scheduled on December
13, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. - 4: 00 p.m. to be participated by elected youth formation
program Municipal Federated President (student officers and Teacher Advisers).
Below is the schedule of Virtual Division Federated Election. MS Teams Link shall
be shared through our Official Group Chat.

b. BKD: 10:45 a.m. – 12: 00 nn.
