Struktur Course nomor 6 mengalami kerusakan yang menyebabkan deformasi dan


terpisah dengan struktur atap tangki. Akibat deformasi yang terjadi,menyebabkan
terpisah sekitar 1 meter.

setelah ledakan yang terjadi, roof tangki 24-T 101 mengalami deformasi sampai
dengan 100% dan top angle mengalami deformasi sampai 40%. Akibatnya 2 bagian
tersebut sudah tidak dapat digunakan dan harus segera dilakukan penggantian.

Setelah dilakukan pengangkatan course nomor 6 dan struktur atap tangki 24-T 101
ditemukan kerusakan pada struktur rafter dan girder. 2 komponen tersebut collapsed
dan mengalami deformasi dari bentuk semula

Handrail mengalami kerusakan akibat deformasi struktur atap tangki


Casing bagian luar body breather valve mengalami crack atau retakan sampai 90 %
