WHEREAS, the Municipality of La Libertad is one of the recipients of the Kapit-Bisig-Laban sa Kahirapan = Comprehensive and Integrated Delivery of Social Services: National Community Driven Development Program Additional Financing for 2021-2023 (Kalahi-CIDSS: NCDDP-AF); WHEREAS, after through consultation from the barangay through BDRRMC and the community volunteers, the barangay has decided to come-up with priority needs to address the COVID-19 Pandemic and the aftermath of the typhoon Odette; WHEREAS, the retention of the said prioritized projects are still relevant and would further contribute in the community's recovery through generation of opportunity to work and eam additional income; WHEREAS, the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council (MDRRMC) meeting was convened by Hon. Emmanuel Laurence Daniel L.
