No. _02 Series of 2022 “A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE FULL CONSENT OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF LA LIBERTAD NOT TO CHANGE THE 29 PROPOSED SUB-PROJECTS, DESPITE THE DAMAGE THAT TYPHOON ODETTE BROUGHT TO ITS VICINITY; THE FIDELITY BOND REQUIREMENT FOR THE AREA COORDINATOR; MUNICIPAL AND BARANGAY LOCAL COUNTERPART CONTRIBUTION; APPROVING AND ENDORSING THE TWENTY-NINE. (29) SUB-PROJECTS OF THE TWENTY-NINE (29) BARANGAYS OF MUNICIPALITY OF LA LIBERTAD FOR THE KALAHI-CIDSS: NCDDP ADDITIONAL FINANCING USING THE DISASTER RESPONSE OPERATIONS MODALITY (DROM) FOR FUNDING AS RECOGNIZED AND DULY ADOPTED BY THE COUNCIL”. WHEREAS, the Municipality of La Libertad is one of the recipients of the Kapit-Bisig-Laban sa Kahirapan = Comprehensive and Integrated Delivery of Social Services: National Community Driven Development Program Additional Financing for 2021-2023 (Kalahi-CIDSS: NCDDP-AF); WHEREAS, after through consultation from the barangay through BDRRMC and the community volunteers, the barangay has decided to come-up with priority needs to address the COVID-19 Pandemic and the aftermath of the typhoon Odette; WHEREAS, the retention of the said prioritized projects are still relevant and would further contribute in the community's recovery through generation of opportunity to work and eam additional income; WHEREAS, the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council (MDRRMC) meeting was convened by Hon. Emmanuel Laurence Daniel L. Emmanuel Laurence Daniel L.. Felix Turtor and duly seconded by Barangay Captain Alejandro Dagle of Barangay Pisong to approve and endorse the Twenty- Nine (29) prioritized sub-projects to Kalahi-CIDSS: NCDDP Additional Financing for grant release; RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, the approval and endorsement of the Twenty-Nine (29) Sub-Projects to DSWD KALAHI-CIDSS: NCDDP ADDITIONAL FINANCING of the Request for Fund Scanned with CamScanner Release; RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish a copy of this resolution to the Regional Project Management Office (RPMO) DSWD - Field Office VII, Cebu City and to the National Project Management Office (NPMO), DSWD, Batasan Hills, Quezon City for guidance and appropriate action; UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED and ADOPTED this 20" day of January 2022 at La Libertad, Negros Oriental, THEREBY f RTIFY to the Correctness of the above-quoted resolution. — a Attested/Approved by: HON.
