WHEREAS, KALAHI-CIDSS: NCDDP is one of the flagship programs of DSWD that aims to address poverty through community empowerment; WHEREAS, Barangay Pacuan is one of the recipients of KALAHI-CIDSS: NCDDP ADDITIONAL. FINANCING 2021 to 2023 using the Disaster Response Operation Procedure/Modality (DROP/M); WHEREAS, the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council (BDRRMC) meeting was convened by Hon. Thelma Babylonia Punong Barangay of Barangay Pacuan on November 23, 2021, for approval of result of the Barangay and Municipal Data Harmonization and the result of the Rapid Damage Assessment and Needs Analysis on the EffectvImpacts of COVID-19; WHEREAS, Barangay Pacuan has identified top three (3) priority needs namely Access Road at Sitio Kantikusan to Sitio Mubu, Day Care Center and Electrification through the harmonization of data process conducted by the KC: NCDDP-AF ACT and MCT Staff and the head of the BDRRMC; WHEREAS, Barangay Pacuan has a total Barangay Grant Allocation from KC: NCDDP-Additional Financing for Phase | implementation, amounting to 1,303,853.10; WHEREAS, the Fidelity Bond requirement of all BDC-TWG Head as Kalahi-CIDSS: NCDDP community ‘bank account signatories will be charge to the highest package; WHEREAS, the Fidelity Bond of the Barangay Development Council-Technical Working Group (BDC- ‘TWG) Head requirement amounting to Php 5,253.75; WHEREAS, after a thorough discussion and consultations, the council approved to implement one Sub- Pros for Barangay Pacuan, and endorse the same type of sub-project for KC: NCDDP-AF Funding for ase 1; Scanned with CamScannerWHEREAS, Barangay Pacuan is fully committed to support the KC: NCDDP Additional Financing using the Disaster Response Operations Procedure/Modality (DROP/M) program/mode of impl \lementation and providing support to Municipal and Area Coordinating Team in preparation of Sub-Project Proposal until Sub-Project completion; WHEREAS, this council confirmed the appointment of the Barangay Development Council-Technical Working Group namely the BDC-TWG Head, PPT, PIT, PT, MIT, AIT, BAC, O & M, Bookkeeper, etc to assist the Barangay Development Council and the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council during Sub-Project implementation until it’s completion and will be supported through an Executive Order signed by the Punong Barangay; NOW, THEREFORE, on motion by Barangay Council Joel Saguino and duly seconded by Barangay Council Nelda Alberio to approved the identified to three (3) priority needs during the Barangay and Municipal Data Harmonization and the result of Rapid Damage Assessment and Needs Analysis as per ranking are; 1.
