Training Requirements

- 1-day training on the new version of the protection relay from the vendor X.
- 0.5-day orientation training with the new HMI system from the vendor Y.

Rewards and Recognition

1) Business lunch for the team celebrating the milestone of internal test. 2) Party for the
team after getting the customer sign-off for commissioning deliverable. 3) Every meeting
with the client, one commissioner will attend that meeting. 4) Take photos for the team at
site and publish on LinkedIn with kudos.

Team Development

The team attending the training together, business lunch two times during the project, celebrate
the birthday for team members, create what’s up group for easy communication between the
team.
