Generator stator test:

Host frequency input single-phase 380V (above the power capacity of 30kW), Host power
control for 220V,AC withstand voltage test wiring diagram of stator are as follows:

The text explains as follows:

The control power connection panel power jack, 380V single-phase power access host input,
tow outputs of host connected excitation transformer input, output of excitation change (for
the test voltage of about 1/10) connect the bottom terminals of the reactor (reactor for three
50kV/105H parallel), output of reactor elicits a tested, (test voltage of generator stator for the
28.6kV/60s, the test frequency is 55-65Hz, frequency deviation out of the test frequency can
parallel connection 100kV/0.0125uF capacitor to adjust)

4. Description of the test device.

4.1 Variable frequency power supply of YHCX-2858 type

Output power: 50kW
Input voltage: 380V,
Output voltage: 400V
Wave: Sine wave
Range of Frequency: 30-300hz
Resolution of 0.01Hz frequency:

4.2 Excitation transformer of ZB-50 type

Rated capacity: 50kVA
Rated input voltage: 400V
Output: the rated voltage of 2500V, 5000V, 10000V 20000V
Frequency range: 30-300hz

4.3 Reactor of xk-100 / 50 type

Rated capacity: 100kvar
Rated voltage: 50kV
Rated current: 2A
Rated reactance: 105h

 4.4 Compensation capacitor of TWF-0.0125 / 100 type
Rated voltage: 100kV
Rated operating range: 30-300hz
Rated capacity: 0.0125uF

5. Test procedure
High voltage output of test equipment connection to the Single-phase of generator stator,
short connecting the other two、shell and grounding connection.
The connecting cable, ensure each point for good contact. The shortest distance between a
contact of grounding and divider.

Test steps
1 according to the various connection method of samples, ensure each point for good contact,
one point grounding, and recently of divider.
2 ensure that the connection is correct after electrify.
3 open the switch of host power will display the main menu

Enter the test press ↑↓←→to select Software upgrade

4 Move the cursor to ‘test of parameter settings’; press confirm key. Modifies various
parameters, use the up and down and confirm key to execute.

5: Move the cursor to ‘system parameter setting’: press confirm key. Modifies time
parameters , use the up and down and confirm key to execute.

6.Move the cursor to ‘enter the test ’：press confirm key

If choose manual test, test process through the test manual adjusting
frequency、voltage
If choose automatic test , test process will be according to the following parameters

7. Now connected to the IGBT input voltage for selection of test methods, test of samples,
use the confirm key to execute.

8 .Select the manual test, first is to find the resonance point of samples, using the up and
down key, make the test voltage at the highest point; please follow the pressure adjusting
button of panel with about the left or right key displacement ,the up key to increase the
excitation power , the right key move the cursor to after the decimal point and slowly increase
the power to prevent the samples breakdown when approaching the test voltage, the host
start automatic timing until to exit test after rated voltage . （You）don't need these
operations when select automatic test as long as the press confirm key

9. Pay attention to the safety distance of samples before entering the test, ensure the life
safety.

10 .Please do not arbitrarily change the main menu test operation，and the two coefficients
should be recorded in the instructions , prevent for missing.

6.2 Matters attention

1. Be carefully checking the input and output wiring whether correct and firm or not, before
giving the machine power. Grounding is reliable, one point grounding for ground wire,
extract from the panel (best use of bare copper wire for grounding).
2. Reactor shall not be placed on iron or copper conductive materials when test.
3. Please exit test, and reset the voltage and current protection value when variable
frequency controller display over-voltage protection, over-current protection or discharge
protection.
