NARRATIVE REPORT ON PROJECT EQUA-R ACCOMPLISHMENT

FOR MARCH 2021
Recognition helps employees see that their company values them and their
contributions to the success of their team and the company overall. This is particularly
key when organizations grow or change. It helps employees build a sense of security in
their value to the company, motivating them to continue great work.
Abra Elementary School recognizes the heroic efforts and deeds of teachers in
times of crisis and despite of the challenges, issues and concerns they encountered,
they are struggling to meet the standards and guidelines to attain quality education in
the midst of pandemic.
To ensure the positive attitude and motivate teachers Abra ES launched
PROJECT EQUA-R (Ensuring Quality education through Awarding and Recognition) on
January 29,2021. The aim or objective of this project is to keep teachers on track,
make them happy and inspired despite of the bulk paper works they are doing.
The teachers were given incentives from the donations from Barangay Council.
