EXPLANATORY NOTE:
 The Local Government of Iriga City in compliance with the DILG Memorandum Circular 2019-121 accomplished a total of 95% road clearing implementation as of October
29, 2019 which is detailed in the LGU Compliance Progress Tracker. The justification behind the total percentage accomplished is the ongoing negotiation between the LGU,
DPWH and Casureco III on the relocation of Electric posts along the roads in Iriga. Likewise, negotiation with PNR as to the possible use of the PNR property adjacent the station
at San Francisco, Iriga City, for temporary parking for vehicles is still ongoing. Meanwhile, illegal encroachments along PNR areas in between Alfelor and Ortega Street have been
demolished to clear the area of obstructions.

The LGU have written letters to private lot owners along CBD with idle/vacant lots to be used as Temporary parking space. Five (5) idle lots have been identified and
negotiation is ongoing. Among the five (5) idle lots only one have verbally showed their interest and still on the process of negotiation.

Boundary markers have been demolished in compliance with the road clearing through the effort of City Engineers Office. Rest assured that the City had been doing the
best it can to comply with the DILG Memorandum Circular 2019-121.
