3. If incase mali ung pinaglagyan nyo ng X, just copy the empty cell (with half slash)on the form.)
4. Note po, pag half day ung bata hndi sya automatic magdadagdag sa absent,
manual nyo na lng po.. :-) type first 0.5 then press CTRL V.. advice ko wag na kau mglagay half day.
5. Makikita nyo po na 2 decimal places sa my summary, format nalng po nyo kung
ilang decimal places po tlaga.
6. Take note po, always delete kung naglagay kau ng 0.5 sa mga cell. Pag gagawa ulit kau panibago for the next month.
Pag po ung X ang knopya nyo, automatic na sya counted as 1, no need to type 1.
but di nyo madedelete ung mismong X pag pinindot nyo delete o bckspace.
Ang gawin nyo po para madelete ung X, simply
copy a cell with a half slash then paste it sa gusto nyo burahin.
7. pag po nagdelete tau ibang rows or columns, it may cause error lalo na sa
sa pagcompute. U can delete po pero make it sure alam nyo edit mga formulas :-)
8. Madali po sundan to pag walang half day.. :)
9. Don’t forget po pala na idelete natin ung Excess dun sa mga Total,

delete
