1. Progressivism and constructivism are the most popular educational

ideologies among the seven mentioned. We are all aware that the primary
goal of TVET is to provide learners with the necessary skills for lifelong
learning. What exactly do we mean when we say "lifelong learning skills"?
These are the abilities that will assist learners in obtaining a means of
subsistence. As previously stated, the primary goal of TVET is to prepare
students for the workforce. Constructivism, or learning by doing, is being
used to achieve this. Learners need to be introduced to TVET, and they
need to be exposed to the actual world in order to address problems,
which demonstrates progressivism. Learners will gain a better
understanding of what is really going on by experiencing reality, and they
will have the opportunity to ask questions. Learning that is meaningful
Of course, we are all aware that learning becomes more significant as it
is retained in our long-term memory as a result of experience, to the
point where the skill is already mastered. Because of the repetition of the
skill to be acquired and, of course, the positive feedback that the learner
receives, the learner improves with each session. In addition,
behaviorism is being used. When it comes to his performance, the
learner's positive behavior is reinforced. The learners' interests are taken
into account in this TVET. The facilitators are making certain that the
learners' full potential is realized. The facilitators are making certain that
the learners' full potential is realized. Allowing students to work at their
own speed. As a result, TVET engages in essentialism. It is designed with
the student in mind. In TVET, it is emphasized that expertise is useless
without proper conduct, hence essentialism exists since it emphasizes
the three R's, one of which is proper conduct. Linguistic philosophy is
also used since students need to be able to communicate their thoughts.
Clearly, so order to avoid misinterpretation and misunderstanding.

2. Because of the quick pace of technological change, everyone must keep

their knowledge and skills up to date. Workers in the industry must be
prepared to meet societal demands. Because technology is critical to
meeting the demands of every individual in a technological civilization,
workers must upgrade their abilities in order to master technological
skills. These are terms that pertain to the use of understanding the
technological set-up in the workstation and machineries When
improvements to the processing part are made, the system of an industry
will abruptly change. Employers value employees that are willing to
reinvent themselves. TVET plays a critical role in technology
dissemination by facilitating the transfer of information and skills. Rapid
technical advancement has had, and continues to have, major

ramifications for TVET. Understanding and anticipating change has

become critical in the development of responsive TVET systems and,
more broadly, effective skills strategies. As a result, TVET courses have
been developed to meet the different ICT needs of students. ICT is one of
the exploratory subjects used to prepare students for the workplace.
TVET is lifelong learning that meets the needs of a technological world.
The number of skills and qualifications required for job entry is
increasing around the world. This simply means that not only a more
knowledgeable and skilled workforce is required. But one that can
quickly adapt to new emerging technologies as part of a continual
learning loop.

3. By generating individuals, TVET aids socioeconomic development. They

are well-versed in the abilities required to meet the expectations of a
technologically oriented world in which nearly everyone is increasingly
reliant on it TVET is important in society because, as previously
discussed, it provides training to individuals who are looking for a way to
make a living and re-skilling or updating the skills of those who are
currently working in the area but want to be more productive and
competent. TVET is important in terms of development. Increases worker
productivity, which aids in economic progress. The benefits of increased
output far outweigh the direct and indirect expenses of training,
resulting in economic growth. TVET, like any other form of education,
aids socioeconomic development by strengthening individuals' ability to
embrace socially beneficial behaviors. TVET, like all other forms of
education, aspires to build the entire range of personal capabilities that
define an educated person.
