 a. Event details

We are from company that provide about skincare for people to guide and teaching them
about skincare. On 17 September, we will make the online event on the Google meeting
platform that will be attended by at least 25 participants. We will show on how to use skin
care using the various types of items that we provide and benefit of skincare to our
participants. On this online event, we have 5 host which is the program director, marketing
manager, event manager, operation manager and lastly is finance manager.

We have chosen to implement an online program which is a tutorial on using basic skincare
for all regardless of gender to show how to use effective skincare. Our event will be held on
September 17, 2020 at 1 noon using the Google Meet platform only about 30 minutes.
Among the advantages and benefits that we emphasize in this skincare application tutorial
through this online platform is to show step by step on how to get a healthy skin and
skincare during the day and night.

Other than we share tips about skincare, we also will explain little bit other info about skin
cancer that causes of not to take care of their skin. How important this skin care to all
regardless of people out there.
 b. Event descriptions

1.0 DATE, VENUE, TIME AND TENTATIVE PROGRAM

DATE : 17th September 2020 (Thursday)

TIME : 1:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.

2.0 OBJECTIVE
At the end of this event, all participants will be able:
 understand what is skincare and the importance.
 know how to apply skincare in right way.
 manage and improve their skincare routine in their daily routine.

3.0 BENEFITS

This event is for the purpose to know about skincare in their daily routine so they
know how to apply skincare and take care of their skin. This also can improve their
skincare routine to get healthy skin and can avoid to get skin cancer. In addition, to
understand why skincare is really important in our daily routine.

Moreover, having clean and clear skin can help boost your confidence and
keep you looking your best! Your face is the first part of you to others see
when they meet you, so go forward with your best face forward. A daily skin
care routine can help you do exactly this.

Explanation of the organization chart

Nur Fardiyanah as a program director which is she will be a host for our online event that will
be held on 17 September 2020. The task of being a host is to ensure that the event runs
smoothly on time, effectively and in accordance with the planned event schedule. In addition,
it is necessary to ensure that the audience who has joined gets a little knowledge and
goodness about the content shown, which is to explain the step by step of skincare routine
process to the audience.

As for Dayang Nurezzah she will be an event manager in this event. Basically, the task of
being an event manager is to understand the format and what themes needed to be shown
in the event. Besides, she needs to ensure that all crews will be involved and cooperate in
this online event. On the day of the event, as an event manager she must ensure that the
event is running as planned. Not only that, it should be ensures that all the guests are given
the appropriate treated while creating this online event.

Nur Faziela as a marketing manager is required to build a profession in the field of marketing
that has a work responsibility to make planning, directing or coordinating recommendations
or programs related to marketing. The marketing manager also monitors the development of
the product used and explains the benefits of the product to the audience.
For operation manager, Nordiana Natasha will be the operations manager' and its job is to
ensure that all operations management runs as planned. Therefore, she responsible for
planning the duty to implement the event to be carried out as well as making strategic
decisions.

Meanwhile, Noor Shazwin as a finance manager is responsible for managing all the finances
and budgets required to making this event successful and the budget for each item used.
Another task is to coordinate the planning so that it is efficient and in accordance with the
financial planning that has been made.

d. Platform

The application that will be use as a platform for our online event is Google Meet. This apps
is built to let dozens of people join the same virtual meeting, and speak or share video with
each other from anywhere with internet access. Hence, it is the great way for us to do our
online event by using Google Meet to share with everyone the skincare routine and few
beauty tips. Perhaps, people who will join this event would also can participate in order to
share their skincare routine tips together. In the meantime, it is also can strengthen the
relationship between us.

h. Conclusion

The conclusion is, we make the event is to give new knowledge to the world about the
importance of skin care. Also, we want to help those who have skin problems to improve
their complexion. These tips we provide are very useful because it is from our own
experience as a skin care user. We need to share knowledge in order to help people out
there to increase their confidence. That way, they can deal with many people without shame
and inferiority. We make this skin care event not only to help people become beautiful, but
also to give awareness to outsiders that skin care is also part of personal hygiene that needs
to be taken care of well. If we are able to take care of our body, why is the skin not
necessary? so skin care is an important thing. This event can also help us to work with
group members even if they are far away from each other also improve communication with
each other. For this event, it is done online on the safety and health factors because the
world is now hit by the epidemic of coronavirus. We need to work together to end this
epidemic.
