You should know that...

• Combo can be created within a 4x4 area
• The combo effect can affect buildings within a 5x5 area
• The more combos you have - the bigger the Yield
• Crafting can increase Yield and help in unlocking other buildings
• Level up your town people’s job up to the maximum Vassal Job - this
helps in unlocking buildings
• When building a residential area, make sure you have a warehouse
and farm field nearby
• When building combo areas, nature (rocks, trees, etc) should be
placed between the spaces

The perfect ultimate town build guide OMG! Took me HOURS to make this... interactive. :-P

well, almost, that is... Took me around 2 days to unlock everything except the umm... kairosoft statue coz
I’m too damn lazy to make my town the number 1.
