She graduated from Xavier University with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Industrial
Engineer. She has a 9 years experience in Process Automation & Innovations, 9 years experience
in Lean & Six Sigma projects and implementation, 4 years experience in managing operations,
manufacturing, and logistics. She teaches/trains/coaches Business Transformation, process
improvements, and continuous excellence in operations and customer service. Expert in Lean Six
Sigma, Statistical Quality Control, streamlining, standardization, Automation, Robotic Process
Automation, Artificial Intelligence, and continuous improvement to achieve and sustain
efficiency, utilization, and productivity.
