BEFORE ME, a Notary Public for and in this City of Santiago, Isabela, this 6th day of February 2022, at the
City of Santiago, Isabela, personally appeared Boy Tigas with ID SSS ID issued on May 1, 2019 at SSS
Santiago City, known to me to be the same person who executed the foregoing instrument, and they
acknowledged that the same is their own free and voluntary act.

DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS

This Deed of Absolute Sale, made and entered in the City of Santiago, Isabela, this 6th day of
February 2022, by and between:

RODNEY B. SANTIAGO, of legal age, Filipino citizen, resident of Buenavista, Santiago City,
hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY/SELLER;

-and-

BOY TIGAS, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen, resident of Calao, Santiago City, hereinafter
referred to as the SECOND PARTY/BUYER.

WITNESSETH:

That the FIRST PARTY is the owner of the parcel of land located at Buenavista, Santiago, City,
particularly described as follows:

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the total sum of TEN THOUSAND PESOS
(PHP10,000.00), Philippine currency, the FIRST PARTY/SELLER hereby unconditionally and absolutely,
sells, conveys and transfers, free from all liens and encumbrances, the aforementioned parcel of land
with 300 square meters, and the SECOND PARTY/BUYER hereby buys the same from FIRST PARTY, subject
to the following terms and conditions:

1. the principal and total consideration in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (PHP10,000.00),
Philippine currency, shall be paid in full upon the execution of this agreement, and receipt thereof upon
signing the deed;

2. the FIRST PARTY/SELLER shall be responsible for the payment of the ackownledgement and notarial
fees to the Notary Public;

3. the SECOND PARTY/BUYER shall be responsible for the payment of Capital Gains Tax, Documentary
Stamp tax, and other transfer taxes insofar as the subject parcel of land is concerned.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the PARTIES have hereunto set their hands this 6th day of February 2022,
in the City of Santiago, Isabela.
