In the Datum 1, the researcher found euphemistic terms “goodness”. In this utterance indicate that
the speaker was/is a bit suprised by Margaret precense. The ephemistic term of “goodness” is
related to a taboo/ed issue. This expression contain religion aspect that people try to avoid by
replacing the word “goodness” which refer to the implication/word of “god”. This type of
euphemism is belong to the implication, because the word “god” can implicated/generate the word
“goodness” “kindness” which is the charecter of “god”.
