    Nevertheless, there are still positive effects that gender stereotyping induces on women.

    According to
    Kahalon, Shnabel, & Becker (2019), exposure to communality stereotyping develops agentic goals.
    Among women, the pursuit of agentic goals is highly associated with the standardized perception of
    others. When confronted with communal stereotyping, women are more determined to reach their
    goals, specifically agentic goals. Women's control over their personal goals and actions may be driven by
    other people's judgment, which women are more than delighted to challenge. Furthermore, stereotypes
