    Banks in Pakistan want to stay connected to their customers and at the same time practice social

    distancing. Is transforming to digitalization really an option in this context? What are the other
    practices that can help our banks in this situation? Discuss.

    Digitalization seems like the only solution as it doesn’t require any human interaction most of the
    work is managed by computers which allow us to do most of the work and still be able to maintain
    Social distancing. This idea of moving towards plastic money from paper money will Also help in
    controlling Money laundering, Black Money, Bribery, Tax Evasion & many other illegal activities
    because every transaction is recorded.
