Introduction: As we know, we are in the era of technology, almost or rather, absolutely
everything can be known through a cell phone screen, everything is that you know how to use
the internet properly. In this time of pandemic, technology has served us well, especially for
those people who have a job or study, for reasons that are too obvious, technology has
contributed a lot to these people, academically speaking, it is very common now to see that
through a screen start your professional training. Regardless of the institution you are in or the
career you are studying, the help of electronic devices and the internet is always very
important. For an accountant it is very important to carry out a good management of the
finances of the company he works for, previously hand or paper formats were used a lot to
make this possible, but currently there are different programs that are dedicated to facilitating
the task of this professional, many use them to record the movements of purchases, sales of
both products and raw materials to make them, etc. Accounting entries, G / L schemes, trial
and general balance, income statement and other financial statements. But this does not mean
that the accountant cannot reinforce what can be achieved through these programs. Every time
technology is getting more things for the benefit of society itself, not just for one or some
people in particular and you have to take advantage of it because it has a lot to offer to this and

may be that in some years there will be more methods to carry out our work, or perhaps some
of those that already exist will be erased from the "map". Getting informed is important,
especially if what you read and you learn helps you and many other people grow
professionally.
