I. OBJECTIVE:
Monitoring is a systematic approach to overseeing planning, learning, and teaching. This the
way of the school administration to help the faculty in the improvement of their teaching methods and
evaluate the areas that needs more development.
With the tool, faculty will be monitored based on the standards of compliance in the areas of
Classroom Environment, Instructional Materials, Consultation, Assessment and Coordination.
B. Instructional Materials. Instructional materials are the content or information conveyed within
the subjects. These include online lectures, readings, textbooks, multimedia components, and
other resources in a course. These materials can be used in both face-to-face and online
classrooms; however, some must be modified or redesigned to be effective for the online
environment. The best instructional materials are aligned with all other elements in the course,
including the learning objectives, assessments, and activities.
C. Consultation. Online consultations are like face-to-face consultations but over any
technological device used in learning & teaching. This is a way to clarify and inquire parts of
the lessons that are vague. This takes place when the faculty masters his/her lesson and is
also responsive in answering the questions related to the lesson
E. Coordination. Proper channeling of concerns about the student should be observed. In this
case, professional connection and good rapport must be established among the faculty and
staff, program heads, academic heads and administrators.
