MINUTES OF THE MEETING


GRADUATING CLASS FACULTY-IN CHARGE

The meeting started at 1:35 am which was attended by Maam Argielyn Lawas and Maam Grace Lavilles. . The
presider of the meeting was Maam Rosalyn Balofiños.

The following agenda were discussed with the following details,to wit;

1. OVERVIEW
 The aforementioned faculty above will be in charged as Graduating Class Coordinators together with
Maam Medlyn Love Magbanua.
 As suggested by Maam Love, Preliminary activities of the Graduating class will be divided into two;
a) Graduating Class Orientation
b) Pre- deployment Seminar
 Based on last year’s OJT, the following were observed;
a) No OJT uniform. Wearing inappropriate attire during OJT is not a good training. To address this
concern, OJT Uniform for Business will be a mandate already. Cloth will be paid by the student
at the cashier. It will not be included in the statement of account of the students.
b) Computer Literacy should be strengthened. To address this concern, Computer Crash course
will be included as part of their OJT.
 For Business Course, OJT number of hours will be 600 which will include the following
a) Industry/School Exposure
b) Computer Literacy Training
c) Bookkeeping NC III Training
d) Seminars
 For BTVTED
a) Off Campus Exposure 100 Hrs
b) On Campus Exposure 100 Hrs
c) As a suggestion, Maam Lavilles will be their Practice Teaching Instructor
 For BS-CRIM
a) with MOA at BJMP already
b) 270 Hours- Pre-immersion
c) 270 Hours- Industry Exposure
d) The school should be the one to identify partners for Exposure.
e) BS CRIM has tentative number of Graduates of 20.
f) Initial Medical Requirement for BS CRIM will be the following;
i. Pregnancy Test for women
ii. Drug Test
iii. Hepa Test
iv. others; to be follow up

2. ORIENTATION
 Schedule of the orientation will be December 13 and 14. There should be an earlier orientation conducted
already in relation to the Bookkeeping and Computer Literacy Training.
 Solicitation will be distributed by January.
 The role of the faculty in –charge will be the following;
a) Prepare the Orientation Program as well as the schedule of the attendees.
b) Facilitate the pictorial of the students which includes plotting and dissemination of the schedule
(date & time).
c) Monitor the OJT (calls/field monitoring) of the students.
d) Suggest graduation platforms.
e) Ensure that all personnel who has part in the program could attend;

 BTVTED- Maam Fundal and Maam Janeth

f) Submit documentation 2 weeks after the OJT of the students.

3. PICTORIAL
 Pictorial schedule will be by February.
 Schedule will be finalized
