Checking of Modules
Practice/s of the LDM dry run feedback in terms of Validity;
 Some information provided in the module such as link to internet connection
was unable to access.
 The module promotes independent study such as student was able to search
and discover based from the step by step procedure instructed in the module.
Practice/s of the LDM dry run feedback in terms of Suitability;
 The quality of information is appropriate to the level of the students. It gives
the reader the initial information to guess what the lesson is all about and
gives them the opportunity to think the correct answer in the questions.
 Modular instruction can also improve by making activities adjusted based
from the level of students IQ.
Practice/s of the LDM dry run feedback in terms of Proximity;
 All instructions are provided during the orientation so module was able to
properly distribute on the different designated area through parents focal
person so it was easily distributed to the students in the nearby barangay.
Other noticeable feedback by the;
a. Students
 Some text modules were unable to read due to its font size and style.
 Blurred photocopied articles in the modules lead to misread and confusion.
 Modules cannot answer at home on time due to household chores distractions.
 Four days are not enough to answer all modules in a week.
b. Parents
 The time for delivery and pick up modules should be at Barangay hall for
easily facilitation every Monday morning and Thursday afternoon. Friday will
be the time for sorting out of the teachers.
c. Teachers
 The parent focal person per Barangay will be of great help in the distribution
and pick up of the modules.
 Barangay who do not have parent focal person will find time to contact
teachers to enable them to get the module at a scheduled time and area.
Practice/s of the LDM dry runs which are replicable and/or can be adapted by
our school
 Learning Delivery Model can be experienced by the students which does not have any access to
internet connections
 Before the LDM distribution proper seek first the Barangays permit so that the Barangay
officials itself might recommend how to improve LDM model.
 Students feedback must be noted for the improvement of the next module distribution
 Orientation of the students before LDM delivery and retrieval is a must.
 LGU’s manifested more support facilitate the distribution easily while those Barangay with
lack of support in module distribution.
Area/s in the implementation of SHS in our school which can be further improve
after having the LDM dry run activities
 There is a need for distant learners (farthest from the focal center) to prioritize in the module
distribution.
 Linking through Barangay officials, teachers and parents need to established first
 Orientation before the distribution of the module
 One is to one module ratio to avoid transmission of the virus
 Uniforms/dress codes to parent focal person and teacher’s distributor must be adopt for easily
identification of parents.
 Files, documents, programs and schedules must be reviewed/ kept properly. There must be a
structured flow on the facilitation of the program on the day of distribution and retrieval of the
module.
 Enrichment activity for the topic that was not discussed thoroughly in the module.
 Exposed students with seminar-workshop to those identified with internet connection on the use
of internet instructional platforms.
 More trainings seminars for teachers based on teacher needs assessment.
 Modules, CG based on MELC must be provided to the students for easily tracking of their
lessons.
 Internet connection should be made available to school.
Significant insights/discovery/learning:
 Simplified Module making, downloading of instructional materials and compilation of learning
materials are necessary but the most important is that of using this materials appropriately and
teaching by the HEART-the passion of facilitating students with compassion and working
collaboratively at it best.
 The teachers must take part in responsibilities, function and giving utmost interest and
importance on the needs of the learners. Teachers should target the holistic development of the
students as they imbibe new knowledge and skills. Teachers should be resourceful and
innovative and should teach by the HEART especially during new normal.
 Teachers can easily contacted virus in the distribution and retrieval of module so PPE is a must
to properly implemented
 Complete facilities/ equipment, competent teachers and stakeholder’s linkages on the
implementation of K to 12 programs will definitely helpful in honing students' competence and
skills.
 School Principals, Teachers must work hand in hand to achieve its goals and maintain its
harmonious relationship to established unity among one objectives that is QUALITY
EDUCATION…
