The enclosed work book is based on KPI surveys with statistical results being shown on a
monthly - quarterly and yearly basis, I have tried to keep in the input of date to the minimum, if
like me time is precious and the last thing you want or need is to spend hours putting reports
together.

The KPI scoring is based on satisfaction; (feed back from customers) was the service -
product or delivery "Poor Fair Good or Excellent"

My background is from the Building industry by profession I am a Project Manger, so KPI's

play a very vital / important part of my role, ensuring that a Project has been delivered well
with satisfied results.
On the survey Page you will see a matrix showing monthly results, once you update the
months to the required box's the report will update it's self - as you will see on the summary
page, - That's it that's all you have to do.
