• To finish hat with no eye buttons, crochet


eyes using hook 3.5 mm (E): ch 3, join ch with
a sl st to form a ring; ch 1; work 8 sc sts into
ring; join with sl st to beg. st. Fasten off
leaving a tail for sewing. Sew eyes to the hat
with back stitch or whip stitch.

FINISHING: • Whiskers: Stitch whiskers with CC on each
• Ears: Sew ears to the hat with whip stitch side of Cat face: 1- needle out; 2- needle in; 3-

needle in; Finish off on WS

• Sew nose and eyes to the hat with back stitch.

• Bow: Using PC, tie a knot in center of bow and


wrap it around 10-15 times. Tie knot in back.
Sew bow to the with whip st hat and finish off.
