ACTION TAKEN: FOR FILING: Respondent was formally arrested under Section 5, Rule
113 of the Rules of Criminal Procedure and evidence is sufficient to hold respondent for trial in
court for the crime of Violation of RA 9165 or the “Comprehensive dangerous drugs act of
2002”

BRIEF MEMO/OTHER MATTERS: 

By virtue of a search warrant issued by Judge Andres Rizal of RTC Branch 13 in Puerto Princesa
City and served at their residence, the suspects were found in unlawful possession of the
following:

A. Fifty (50) kgs of methamphetamine hydrochloride, or "Shabu";

B. two (2) foil rolls
C. three (3) heat-sealed plastic sachets of white crystalline substances
D. Each customer has one (1) account log book.

The apprehension was conducted on the 28th day of February 2022, in Purok Santan, Brgy.
Tiniguiban, Puerto Princesa City, at about 11:00 pm in the evening.
