Cookery Method/Cooking Steps:
For the Dough:
Sieve the flour. Add salt and sugar
Apply the butter to the flour
Put curd and baking soda in the mix.
Make a soft dough by adding milk and necessary water.
Knead the dough. Keep it aside
Roll out the naan in triangles shape. Add 1 tsp aniseeds for the topping.
Bake the naan in the tandoor. Serve hot with butter.
