coriander leaves 100 gm
mint leaves 50 gm
ginger 10 gm
garlic cloves 10 gm
Green chili (chopped) 5 gm
mango powder (amchur) 5 gm
cumin powder (roasted) 3 gm
granulated white sugar 3 gm
Cookery Method/Cooking Steps:
To make the chutney, first clean and wash the green leaves.
In a blender add all the ingredients to make the chutney along with a tablespoon or more of water.
Blend the ingredients to a smooth paste to make the chutney. If required, add more water.
Transfer chutney to a clean bowl.
