In the context of the vibrant partnership among Quezon City, Diocese of Novaliches, and Roman
Catholic Bishop of Novaliches Educational System on Vaccination roll-out, I would like to humbly
request for 1,000 doses of booster vaccines for the parishioners of San Bartolome de Novaliches Parish
who also are residents of Barangay San Bartolome and the teachers / employees of our schools located
in Quezon city. This is to help in expediting the administration in delivering safe and effective COVID-
19 vaccines to the deserving recipients as quickly and safely as possible. We appreciate the partnership
and are grateful for the vaccines received. To date, we have already hosted successfully thirty-four (34)
vaccination events which benefited at least 15,323 residents of Quezon city here in our parish.
