Part 1 - Organisation Units

Create an org. unit hierarchy using the general layout that was presented in the demo; start at the provincial level.
When creating the hierarchy, use your/your groups initials/name in order to identify which org units you have created. An example of this is shown below.
Feel free to provide actual names rather then generic ones more reflective of locations within your context. For example, you could name a facility SND_Alberta Clinic
List the org units that you are creating under the headings with blank space Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 to the right of the example table
