HAYVIEW WILDLIFE PARK GRAND OPENING

Yesterday was the opening of Hayview Wildlife Park. It was a huge event and
lots of people were there. The park opened in the morning and lots of people
came to the park all day. There are lots of animals to see there, but the park is
not completely full yet. There are monkeys, ostriches and bears, but some of the
big animals, like elephants and giraffes, are going to arrive later this month. At
the event, there was a band, dancers and lots of food and drink from the park's
cafeteria. Yesterday was just the grand opening; the park is going to open to the
public on Monday, July 17th. You can buy tickets at the park or online.

Read the text below and answer the questions.

On my first day in college, something terrible happened. My first class started at nine
o'clock. I woke up very late and I had no time for breakfast, so I bought some orange
juice from the campus cafeteria. I ran into the room and everyone was at a computer.
They all looked at me and I went to sit behind a computer, but I still had my orange juice.
The teacher said, “You can't drink that in here.” But as I walked across the room I tripped,
and the orange juice went all over a classmate and her computer. Luckily, the computer
was OK, and the classmate, Clara, saw the funny side of it. In fact, we're good friends
now. Still, it wasn't a good start.
