This is the R R Properties Manager, hereby notifying you that your current overdue rent payments for the
months of December 2020- April 2021

The management is considering the current COVID-19 situation, so far, we had allowed you to stay without
paying rent from almost 3 months, for August & September & October 2020, & November 2020 due to City of
Santa Clara Moratorium. The Moratorium does not change the rental payments that are due and past due.
Legally you have to provide the management/Landlord your financial hardship letter from your
employer/employers (that means from your manager). Also, a signed Declaration form under Penalty of
Perjury, from you is required for your inability to pay the rent.

The management is requesting you to provide the documentation as soon as possible. The management has
responsibility to pay the bills in order to provide the services to the tenants. Also, the management had
provided you several rental assistance programs and several agencies names and phone numbers to you in
City of Santa Clara, but you are not informing us whether you have applied or not. City of Santa Clara is
helping the tenants for rental payments. If you do not apply for the rental assistance, that means you have
income, purposely, you are not paying the rent. If you do not understand how the moratorium works, you can

management will look forward to receiving the documentation from you. Please give all the documentation
signed to Maria in Unit #1. If you do not provide the documentation/or pay the past due rent, we have to
move legally to evict you. Thank you.
