The term training refers to the acquisition of knowledge, skills, and competencies as a
result of the teaching of vocational or practical skills and knowledge that relate to specific
useful competencies.
In my opinion organizations must train their workers timely. There are following points
which are as follows:-

 Every organization wants to maximize its profit and make its customer and
employees loyal to them. For this purpose they train their employees to get
benefits of modern age or make a satisfactory from them.

 It comes to know training is must for the employees. Now the task for
organization is that to train their employees time to time or trains them on certain
circumstances.

 Training is a cost for the organization but the question is that how to bear this cost
means an organization not trains their employees and the employees of that
organization working on same manner. As time passes a method of working
changes but that organization not take part in it so what happens when a certain
situation arrive that time there must be the train workers but the organization
don’t have. Now they have to train their workers that take so much time, so the
other organizations take advantage and make the advocate customers.

 So in my point of you they must train their employees time to time they must have
different training programs. This training program helps employees to understand
modern age the environment on which their organization deals. By this they get
good knowledge of their works that how good they can do it.
Like apple organization set a training program for their employees through out
Asia. This training program is related to online sales. Any individual in the Asia
who is currently employed by an Apple-authorized channel can participate in the
Asia Apple Sales Training Online (ASTO) program. This includes, but is not
limited to, Apple Authorized Resellers & Distributors, Value Added Resellers
(VAR), Apple PR or Ad Agencies. Membership period is for a calendar year,
beginning in January and ending in mid-December.
So from apple we can see that the train there employee time by time to get
satisfaction from employees and customer. How good the on there work the can
produce a good satisfaction.
 There is another example of Microsoft which gives training program to their
employees; that program is known as computer lab training. The lab offers a
variety of Multi-Media CD-ROM computer-based training packages that
employees can use at their own pace. The lab is open to all County employees
interested in learning or reinforcing new skills, on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Lab time appointments are scheduled in 2-hour blocks. The lab may be used
during work hours with supervisors' approval, or on employee's own time.
By this training, Microsoft gets their employees satisfaction improves their skills
as well as save the time. How they save time if they don’t train their employees
when time come they set training program and then train them so that training is
not useful for them because other companies get these advantage and facilitate
their customer and improve the moral of their employees. So it’s necessary for the
organizations to train their employees timely.

 As we discuss organization should train their employees before the time and get
advantage but when a new technology come at that time there’s no training before
because that technology is new. Now task for the organization to get advantage of
that technology its look very silly that why you taking the cost of training on you
as there no use of that technology but as the time pass that technology come in so
at that time you have train workers and get advantage of time so that cost become
a profit, more customer and skillful employees.
