2. All other dimensions within normal manufacturing tolerances

Chassis : Flat Bed type construction all welded. Fabricated from

hot rolled steel, mixed gas welding according to ASME
standards, to a sturdy construction. Main beams IPE 250
mm-300mm are made of high tensile steel in which bottom flat
16mm,middle plate 10mm,and upper flat will be 10mm.
Tube cross beams fully welded to and supported by the
main beams. Chequered plate is 50 % welding and all
chassis is fully welded side channel is 5 inch.

3. Kingpin : of 2.0 inch hardened steel, according to IS:6763 (Part-

II), fully plated under deck to prevent damage in
the event of 5th wheel coupling errors. Coupling at any
angle is possible.

4. Axle : 1 nos. Of TATA, FUWA,LEYLAND (on

availability) fully balanced and reinforced Square Beam
Axle to ensure stable road contact. The Axle beams are
mounted in Leaf Spring bogies to protect the wheel
bearings against high-frequency vibrations occurring
during transport.

5. Mechanical Coupling : With Ashok Leyland 3516/MN35/Eicher 40.35.

6. Landing Legs : FOUR Landing legs with Gear and retractable wide foot
Landing legs should be individually adjustable.
7. Pads.(make fuwa ,jost Auseto etc.)

8. Tyres : 2 nos of CEAT MRF,APOLLO , BIRLA – Radial tyres( 2 line pheumatic brake system with
airtank, relay emergency valve and brake chambers.)

9. BRAKES : TVS Sundaram make

10. Shock Absorber : Leaf Springs make Kobe

11. Lashing Bracket : 4 no on each side

12. Ladders : (3 placement as per drawing)

Ladders should fold under the flat bed.

13. Spirit level on 4 corners

14. Lights : Tail Lights and side lights – standard

Power wired as standard.

15. Electrical : 24 volt with side lamp and tail lamp.

16. SUPD : as per the motor vehicle rules

17. Platform : Platform bed (LxW) 36 x 8.5 ft.

18. Mountings :
a) For Diesel Generator
b) For 20 ft. Sea Container
c) Pedestal –reinforced according to Prosensing Drawing.

19. Lightning Arrestor to be provided.

20. Panel for display on both sides. (According to drawing by Microcomm)
