Dear John,
I was very surprised to receive your letter yesterday. I am overjoyed to
know that you would like to invite me to spend a few days with you in
your country.
I will be in Singapore for business at the beginning of next month, on
April 2, so keep an eye out for my call. Following that, I will go to your
home, where I will stay for several days before heading back home. As
this is my first visit to Singapore, I plan to see some of the city's most
famous attractions, such as the Marina Bay Sands, Gardens by the Bay,
Chinatown, Changi Chapel and Museum, as well as enjoy some local
cuisine and watch movies with you.
I appreciate you inviting me to your hometown. I hope we will have a
good time together, and I would also like to invite you to visit my
hometown and enjoy its delicacies if you have the opportunity.
