Each container is fully self sufficient containing inventory, tooling and

equipment required to manufacture hydraulic hose assemblies on site

Electrical installation is easy, simply connect to your electricity source

Multiple supply options are available including outright purchase, rental

and (subject to agreed consumption) free of charge

Each container is visited monthly by a Intiflex Representative

We meet with Site/Maintenance Management and discuss any areas for

further support and resolving any issues and providing solutions quickly

An inventory replenishment inspection is carried out and sent to Intiflex HQ

for processing

All equipment is inspected and maintained



REAL VALUE
Intiflex Hydratic Hosepital will return for credit any slow moving or obsolete

product identified through our Inventory Management Reports on the condition

the products are non-perishable and in a re-sellable condition

tailored to the Customers need for their own Target Achievement.

Intiflex Total Hose Management is designed to compare current facility Hose Practices

against Best Practices according to International Standard. The Purpose is to design a

roadmap to Hose Integrity and Reliability by Highlighting Opportunities for Improvement

based on both Observation of Current Practice and Perceived Opportunities.
