Self-Realization

I realized that in order to receive a passing grade, I needed to put in a lot of effort. I also learnt that in
order to survive the pressures of school, you need a supportive family and rose-colored friends. College
life is a significant step up from high school. When I start college, I go through a lot of changes. Our
schools were a safe haven where we had spent half of our lives growing up. The move to college is so
abrupt that you are no longer shielded by your high school teachers and friends. College life throws a lot
of obstacles in your way. You've arrived in a foreign environment where you must socialize. It teaches us
how to socialize and establish our own opinions. Students learn to exercise their free will in college, and
they grow more self-assured and collected as a result. We were always reliant on our buddies or
teachers in school. College teaches us to be self-sufficient. It strengthens us and teaches us how to fight
our own fights. It also encourages us to take our vocations seriously. We make decisions that affect our
future on our own, unlike when we were in school and our parents did it for us. College life is vastly
different from high school. It increases our exposure while simultaneously increasing our self-assurance.
In college, our teachers are more like buddies, whereas in school, they are more like mentors. Most
importantly, college life presents us with a variety of obstacles that we did not face in high school. It’s
very challenging for me as a College student who is used to go to online class every day and the most
difficult for me is the bad internet connection It’s hard to understand the lesson when the internet
connection is bad, but as the modular class progressed, I gradually realized that learning by yourself is
very difficult and pretty boring for what I experienced today, and teachers must be respected because
they are the ones who sacrifice their time to go to school every day to teach students who are not
listening and being patient every time we made a mistake on answering problems, oral recitation, or
even solving equations, and most importantly, I realized that we need to work together. And we need to
manage our time to answer all the activities and tasks on time or before deadline to avoid
procrastination. It’s important for us college students to learn how to manage our time because time is
gold. One of the most memorable years of a person's life is college. It's a very different experience than
school. Some individuals associate college with living life to the fullest and partying hard. Others, on the
other hand, must take their careers seriously and study diligently in order to have a brighter future.
