INSTRUCTIONS FOR ACTIVITY/ASSIGNMENT NO. 5 (MIDTERM) 
  
1. For today’s asynchronous class, submit the notes that you jotted down which relate to
our discussions within the period covering the Prelims (from Day 2 of Class) up to
Midterm periods. This activity is the test as to whether you really did the act of taking
or jotting down notes- one of my mandatory rules. 😊

2. You can take photos of said notes and paste it in MS Word, or even send to me
directly the photos, or even type the notes in the MS Word.  
  
3. Submit the same to me via MS TEAMS on or before 7:30pm of this evening, 16
March 2022. In case you have multiple submissions and the MS Teams Folder cannot
accommodate your submission, you can send the notes via MS TEAMS CHAT.
 
4. The purposes of this Activity are three-fold, to wit: (a) not only for you to have a
score; (b) but more importantly, for you to prove to me that you comply with your
obligation to listen attentively and jot down notes; (c) and also to serve as a reviewer for
your Midterm Examination.
