WITHDRAWS· from the father the exercise of certain attributes of parental
authority pertaining to medical, educational, travel (including obtaining a
passport) and leisure activities, and GRANTS the exercise of these attributes
solely to the mother;

4. “[101] By withdrawing from the parents all the attributes of parental authority, this
amounts to a forfeiture of parental authority, which is not within the jurisdiction of
the Court of Quebec.”

5. “[30] The director of youth protection asks in her conclusions that the exercise of

8. The applicants (myself, and my two sons, Leon Feehan-Astudillo, and Phoenix
Feehan-Astudillo), will be suing for $100,000,000 CAD a day in combined
damages, as neither COURT Actors nor the BATSHAW Actors had jurisdiction to
request or authorize Parental Deprivation at any point in time. Considering some
people sue from $100,000,000 CAD a day for traumatic single day events, it only
makes sense to sue for grave traumatic events that lasted for extended periods.

9. Although not all state interference with the parent-child relationship will engage
the parent’s security of the person, the state removal of a child from parental
custody constitutes a serious interference with the psychological integrity of the
parent qua parent and engages Section 7 Charter of Rights & Freedoms
protection (G.(J.), supra, at para. 63-64; K.L.W., supra, at para. 85-87)

10. Per the Supreme Court of Canada Authorities stated in section 9 above, the
applicants are claiming severe Section 7 Charter Violation.

11. COVID-19: Order 2020-4251 and the suspension of limitation periods, forfeiture
periods and procedural deadlines, which also suspended Prescription Time for
Statute of Limitations for initiations of Lawsuit Actions.

12. Lawsuit wiil be initiated as soon as psychologically & financially possible. My

Italian lover Anny is helping me with the psychological healing of severe trauma.
