Science Fair 2022 “Rule book”

1. Debate

i. Timing –: Each speech will lasts for five min (4 min + 1 min), the
judge will ring the bell twice, first warning bell after 4 min and
second or final bell after 5 min .
ii. They will lose points if they need too much time. Speakers will not
lose points if they speak for less than five minutes, but they must
make sure that they include all of the relevant arguments in their
speech.
iii. The Judges are the sole interpreter of the debating rules. He opens
the debates, keeps order and ensures that the debates are
conducted according to the rules. He shall also give procedural
guidance. He is also responsible for notifying speakers when their
time is up.
iv. When the speaker finishes his speech, after that questions related to
the speaker's speech can be asked from the audience, for which he
will have only 1 minute to answer
v. Only 2 question are allowed from the audience side 30 sec for
Question, 1 min for Answer. Counter question is not allowed
vi. Mixed Opinion is not allowed.
vii. No expression shall be accepted which is offensive, personal or
defamatory in nature. The Judge may call to order any person using
such expressions.
viii. Bilingual (Hindi, English).
 2. Poster Making

i. Timing –: Maximum 3 hour.

ii. Only Paper sheet will be provided by management team.
iii. Bring your Drawing pad, Pencils , Colours and all the drawing
equipments with you.

3. Story Writing

i. Time Limit –: 25 min.

ii. Management team will provide you the pages.
iii. Bring the writing pad, pencils with you.
iv. Extra sheet, Notebook, Books or any other unnecessary, suspicious
materials are not allowed.
v. Languages (Hindi, English).
 4. Photography Rules

1. Only Mobile clicked photo will be considered for the competition.

2. Basic editing, including colour enhancement, the use of filters, and
cropping of the Photo(s) is acceptable, provided any such editing does
not affect the authenticity and/or genuineness of the Photo(s).
3. Advanced editing used to create illusions, deceptions and/or
manipulations, and the adding and removing of significant elements
within the frame is prohibited.
4. Form fee -: 20rs
5. Last Registration Date – 01/04/022
6. Send the photo Via Mail with a short valid science description about
photo.

Judging Rules -:
1. All the Photos will be uploaded on our official Science Club Face book
Page (“Science club HNBGU”).
2. The committee of judges will select top 10 Photos on the basis of -:
i. Science Captured in the photo
ii. Quality of Photo
iii. Description of Photo
3. Out of top 10 selected photos by judges top 3 photos will be selected on
the basis of the likes on the photos. (Comments on your individual Photo
is mandatory.)

1. वाद ववाद

i. समय सीमा -: येक भाषण पांच मनट (4 मनट + 1

मनट) तक चलेगा, यायाधीश दो बार घंट बजायगे, पहल चेतावनी
4 मनट के बाद और दस
ू र या अं तम घंट 5 मनट के बाद।
ii. य द व ता तय समय से अ धक समय लेते ह तो वे अंक खो दगे।
अगर व ता पांच मनट से कम समय तक बोलता है तो वो अंक
नह ं खोएगा, ले कन उ ह यह सु नि चत करना होगा क वे अपने
भाषण म सभी ासं गक तक शा मल कर।
iii. यायाधीश वाद- ववाद नयम के एकमा या याकार होते ह। वह
वाद- ववाद को शु कराते ह, यव था रखते ह और यह सु नि चत
करते ह क वाद- ववाद नयम के अनुसार हो। वह या मक
मागदशन भी दगे। वह समय समा त होने पर व ताओं को सू चत
करने के लए भी िज मेदार है ।
iv. जब व ता अपना भाषण समा त करता है , उसके बाद ोताओं से
व ता के भाषण से संबं धत न पछ
ू े जा सकते ह, िजसके उ र
दे ने के लए उनके पास केवल 1 मनट का समय होगा।
v. दशक क ओर से केवल 2 न क अनुम त है , न के लए 30
सेकंड, उ र के लए 1 मनट। युतर नो क अनुम त नह ं है
vi. म त मत मा य नह ं ह गे ।
vii. ऐसी कोई भी अ भ यि त वीकार नह ं क जाएगी जो वभाव म
आ ामक, यि तगत या मानहा नकारक हो। यायाधीश ऐसे भाव
का उपयोग करने वाले कसी भी यि त को आदे श दे सकता है ।
viii. वभाषी ( हंद , अं ेजी)।

2. पो टर मे कंग

I. समय सीमा -: 3 घंटे अ धकतम।

II. बंधन ट म वारा केवल पेपर शीट दान क जाएगी।
III. अपने ाइं ग पैड, प सल, रं ग और सभी ाइंग उपकरण अपने
साथ लाएं।

3. टोर राइ टंग

I. समय सीमा -: 25 मनट।

II. वतीय बंधन ट म आपको पेज दान करे गी।
III. लेखन पैड, प सल अपने साथ लाएँ।
IV. अ त र त शीट, नोटबुक, कताब या कोई अ य अनाव यक,
सं द ध साम ी क अनुम त नह ं है ।
V. भाषाएं ( हंद , अं ेजी)।
 4. मोबाईल फोटो ाफ

1. तयो गता के लए सफ मोबाईल से ल गई फोटो ह मा य

ह गी, ।
2. िजसम रं ग बढ़ाना, फ टर का उपयोग और फोटो को ॉप
करना शा मल है , वीकाय है , बशत ऐसा कोई भी संपादन फोटो
क ामा णकता और/या वा त वकता को भा वत न करे ।
3. म, धोखे और/या जोड़-तोड़ करने के लए उपयोग कए जाने
वाले उ नत संपादन और े म के भीतर मह वपूण त व को
जोड़ना और हटाना तबं धत है ।

चयन करे गी-:

3. जज वारा शीष 10 चय नत त वीर म से शीष 3 त वीर का
