Dear Sir/Madam

This refers to the above captioned wherein we respectfully request your good office to allow us to take
delivery of the loaded import containers from pier zone to our warehouse located 88 Eulogio Rodriguez Jr.
Ave, Bagumbayan, Quezon City and shall be transferred by our authorized brokerage/forwarder, MAXFREIGHT
LOGISTICS INC.

We hereby guarantee the safe return of the mentioned container(s) in good order condition and free from any
damages to your designated depot WITHIN 72HRS or 3DAYS after the withdrawal from customs zone. In
returning the unit(s) to your yard, we shall instruct the trucking company to secure the SITC INTERCHANGE
RECEIPT before it is delivered back to your yard.

It is further understood that this letter of guarantee may used against us if we fail to return the container(s)
due to loss, damage or misdelivery giving rise to litigation in court. We hold ourselves to pay all the necessary
charges due in accordance with your existing company regulation.

Likewise, we hold your company free and harmless from any liability that may arise from your doing so. We
obligate ourselves to settle and pay all demands and charges immediately if any.
Lastly, we hereby agree that the container deposit shall be automatically forfeited after one (1) year from the
time the containers are returned and the deposit remains unclaimed from SITC Container Lines Philippines Inc.
