Dear Mrs. Morales,
Many warm greetings, it is a great pleasure to apply for a position as
registered nurse at Kaweah Delta Medical Center in the Intensive Care Unit.
Currently, I have completed my Bachelor of Science degree in nursing and
Integrative Health at the University of Arizona’s Gilbert campus. During my
time at the College of Nursing, I have discovered a passion for critical care.
My long-term goal is to earn a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree.
Not only is it my expressed interest to continue my nursing career with
Kaweah Delta Medical Center, while obtaining this position, I would be able
to demonstrate and sharpen my skills of critical thinking along with
administering top notch nursing care to all clients who would be put under my
charge.
My clinical experience is considerable due to the 946 hours of clinical
experience gained while on the floor. I also have previous medical office
experience in the outpatient setting to add to my expertise of healthcare. And
I also possess many nursing skills to include intravenous catheterization,
wound care, perioperative care, Safe medicine administration including
adherence to the ten rights of medication administration, accurate and timely
documentation, And a variety of other nursing related skills.
